Banka Bioloo

Banka BioLoo Limited is an Indian company founded in 2012 that provides sustainable sanitation and wastewater treatment solutions. It designs, manufactures, and implements bio-toilets, biodigesters, and sewage and effluent treatment systems for residential, commercial, and institutional use across India, including large public infrastructure projects. Second Theory first invested in Banka Bioloo in February 2018 at ₹46 per share and sold the position in full between May 2023 and February 2024, at an average of about ₹95, realising 2.1× our entry.
