It provides cloud computing, managed hosting, colocation, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure services to enterprises, financial institutions, and government organisations. ESDS operates multiple Tier-III data centres across India and offers its proprietary eNlight Cloud platform, which features patented vertical autoscaling technology designed to support secure, high-availability, mission-critical workloads. Second Theory first invested in ESDS at ₹240 per share in 2024. ESDS listed on the National Stock Exchange in September 2026. At ₹1,272 on 28 October 2026, that is 5.3× our entry. We continue to hold.
